Return and Refund Policy

Your purchase may be returned or exchanged if:

• The received product doesn't match the order confirmation.
• There's a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
• The size doesn't fit you.

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Items not in their original condition.
• Worn, altered, washed, or damaged products.
• Sale items and final sale products.
• "Undone Glamour" products purchased from other sites or retail locations.

• Products should be returned with tags intact and in original packaging.
• Reach out to team@undoneglamour.com within 7 days of delivery. Include Order Number, Delivery Address, Size requirement, and reason for return. For defects, attach a photo.
• Our team will respond within 48 hours. Ensure your returned product is unused and has the original tag.
• Upon receiving your return, we'll ship the replacement product.

• We don't provide cash refunds. Instead, for eligible returns, you'll receive a store credit voucher, valid for 3 months.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and won't be part of the store credit.
• Buyers bear return shipping fees.
• For purchases above Rs 2500, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of all returns.

• Product descriptions and sizes are accurate. Monitors may depict varied colors.
• Reach out within 7 days for returns or exchanges. No exchanges after a month of order receipt.
